Shipment Policy is all purchases shipped within 1-5 business days within the United States.

When placing your order, please use a physical address so that we are able to track your package.  All packages are shipped UPS.  If you decide to use a PO Box as your shipping address, you will assume all responsibility as the purchaser if you do not receive your package.  All packages will be sent signature required.  Please use a physical address as your shipping address.  We have found the US postal service to unreliable as a shipping method and the use of a PO Box will not guarantee that you will receive your shipment.

Instructional DVD:  If you are purchasing a Shavasana Starter Kit, the DVD that is included in your kit can only be viewed on a DVD player that has been purchased after the year of 2002 or through your media hardware on your PC or MAC.   All Instructional DVD's are viewed in their entirity by the Shavasana staff previous to shipping.  If you have issues or problems with your Instructional DVD, you must return your DVD to Shavasana Eyelash Extensions 350 East 17th St. Suite 220, Costa Mesa, CA 92627.

Shavasana Adhesives

Shavasana Adhesives must be kept in a cool environment at room temperature.  Any exposure to heat will change the consistency and efficacy of the adhesive.  Please keep in your make up case in a cool room or in a shelve or cupboard where the room is kept at a cool 70 degree temperature.  Never leave your kit in your car or in a warm environment. 

Shavasana adhesives can be kept in the refrigerator.  Pleae remove the adhesive from the refrigerator 2 hours previous to application process.

Shavasana adhesives have a 6 month shelf life.

Always keep your  Shavasana adhesive bottle in an upright position and clean the area around the bottle that becomes covered in glue to prevent the cap from sticking to the bottle.

All exchanges on Shavasana adhesives must be made within 60 days of original purchase if you are not happy with the results. 

Please indicate the problem or issue you are having with your adhesive and include contact information in your package.

Return Policy:  All product must be returned to the company within 10 days of delivery to your place of business to receive a full refund.  The product must be un-opened and returned to the company as it was originally sent out.  Missing products from your shipment will be deducted in the amount to which the product is priced at individually.   Any damaged product will be deducted from your refund.  A full refund is given to all returns on product where you as the consumer changes one mind or is unhappy with the presentation of the product.  Shipping charges will not be returned to the consumer on exchanges and/or returns.  

Shavasana does not charge a re-stocking fee on full refunds on products that have been unopened or unused and returned within 10 business days of receipt. 

We deduct only the amount the product is priced individually and only deduct the amount of which the company receives damaged product and/or tools and marketing materials.  Please inform Shavasana immediately if you have received a damaged product or good so that we can replace your product after receiving your exchange.

Returned products that have been used will be credited to your account for replacements for future purchases and no monies will be refuned  to the customer.

Shavasana Eyelash Extensions is an exciting new process of accentuating your client's eyes. One by one, adhering an individual synthetic lash to each individual natural lash, creates a natural extension to your clients lashes.

Shavasana Eyelash Extensions is a semi-permanent procedure that will last for the length of the clients natural lashes. Each eyelash has a natural growth cycle of 60-90 days. A natural lash will grow in and fall out within this time period. Shavasana suggests touch-up appointments every 2-4 weeks, to ensure that the client's lashes look full and voluminous all the time.

Shavasana technique is a lash by lash application. This specialized technique is crucial in creating beautiful lashes for your client. You should be attaching at least 30 lashes up to 80 lashes per eye of the client. Shavasana specialized technique is not simply lying lashes on top of lashes, its addressing each row of lashes and adhering synthetic lashes to each individual lash of the client.

Important information about Client Safety!

Safety is the most important factor when applying the eyelash extensions. If you are not experienced in applying the extensions you will need proper training through one of our classes or utilizing the Instructional DVD and constant contact with the company to work through any challenges that may arise. Our adhesive is odorless but should not be applied to one-self. This is an application to your clients with the eyes properly prepped and the application is to be administered in a setting that is appropriate for Aesthetics, Cosmetology or Make-up Artistry.
