Return and Exchange Policy
Shavasana Eyelash Extensions accepts returns, within 10 days, on unopened products only. You need to contact Shavasana within 10 day after receipt of the product to start the return process. A return will not be started beyond the 10 days limit. All returns are for product credit or product exchange only. No monetary refunds will be issued. For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on any disposable products. This includes 3M tape and micro brushes.
In the event the wrong items are shipped to you, please contact Shavasana within 72 hours or three days of receiving your order, and Shavasana will look into the discrepancy. The company will send a UPS call tag to you with the replacement product. Once you receive the UPS call tag, place the return product into the box and ship it back to Shavasana. If we do not receive the product back via UPS, you will be responsible for the cost of the returned or misplaced product.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days. Within those 30 days you must contact Shavasana with an explanation of why you believe the product is defective. With return authorization from Shavasana, you should return the defective product to:

If authorized by Shavasana at that time, you will be issued an exchange on the defective product or we will issue you a credit to your account.
Shavasana is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred by the client on returned or exchanged items. Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the client. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted by Shavasana.
